  • Head of the Telefonica and America Móvil business units, being responsible of leading the commercial relationships, marketing and sales activities with both telecom groups in the Southern Cone (Argentina, Perú, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia and Ecuador), articulating the BlackBerry value proposition to promote higher levels of mindshare and executive sponsorship to increase the market share and Brand positioning, having a performance aligned with the broader business goals.

BenQ

  • Responsible for managing the commercial relationship, sales and marketing strategies and expansion of BenQ distributors, up to twenty accounts, in the Andean Region, monitoring an annual marketing budget and distribute it according to the potential return of investment.
  • 20 accounts of distributors handled into the IT and consumer electronic segments in the region:
    • Colombia: Polux, Impresistems, IZC Mayoristas, Compumax, Makro, MPS Mayorista, Mouse Star, Foto Japon.
    • Ecuador: Cartimex, Tecnomega, Cosideco, RV, XPC.
    • Bolivia: DMC, Netcorp, Norabel.
    • Perú: Deltron, Igarashi, PC Lynk, Coddeper.

Genius

  • Responsible for managing the commercial relationship, sales and marketing strategies and expansion of Genius’ distributors, up to twenty four accounts in: Mexico, Caribbean, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay and Miami.
  • 24 accounts of distributors handled into the IT segment in the region:
    • Miami: Intcomex
    • México: Compuimport, Centel, BellMicro,

  • Responsible of supervising the Audi Used Car Center project implementation throughout Mexico’s dealer network and ensuring Audi’s positioning as a leader manufacturer of armored cars in Mexico.

  • Best sales ever in Argentina in 2009, achieving US $12M and a 128% growth vs. 2008.
  • Sales expansion beyond corporate segments, reaching as a result, to 50% of sales in Argentina into consumer segments in 2009 and to around 85% in 2013.
  • Best monthly and quarterly sales ever with +10,000 units in Jan. 2010 and 20,000 in Q4 2009 worth US $7.5M.
  • Positioned Telefónica Argentina as first in South America and third in LATAM into the Enterprise segment in 2010.
  • Best year ever (2012) with 470,000 units sold, worth US $105M in hardware and service fees.
  • Subscriber’s growth record surpassing 650,000 users during 2012, worth US $3.2M and 47% growth vs. 2011.
  • Reached 52% of subscribers (60,000) and 72% of Net Activations in Argentina with Telefónica’s corporate segment (2013).
  • Positioned Telefónica Argentina as largest in sales vs. all Telefónica’s (2013) and as second vs. all LATAM carriers (2014).

This includes the development of product goals, strategies and tactics that deliver incremental service revenue such as: application´s distribution and data services, Blackberry data plans and prepaid services.
